Please follow these steps if your upload has failed:

1. Confirm file name, type, and size - see 📄 Upload a Session File

2. Rename file using only letters, numbers, dashes, or underscores

3. If you know the number of speakers, try reuploading the file with the speaker count specified

4. If your audio has no speech at the beginning for a significant amount of time it might fail and the blank space should be trimmed off the recording if possible

5. If your audio is of poor quality or there is a lot of loud background noise where speech is hard to recognize
