Action Items

Action items highlight important issues identified within a recording that may require Supervisor follow-up or additional review.

Potential issues are first identified through AI analysis and then reviewed by an mpathic team member before action items are surfaced in the platform. Once surfaced, Supervisors or other designated users can review and take appropriate action. This feature is only available for customers who have Action Items enabled in their workspace.

Please note:

  • Only sessions reviewed and flagged by the mpathic team will display action items.

  • Any user with access to the session will also be able to view associated action items.

Find Action Items

  1. Click Session Files in the left navigation menu.

  2. View the session with an action item - see 📄 Navigating Session Files

  3. Action items appear at the top of the Summary Tab

  4. Status shows Pending Supervisor Review or Reviewed.

Navigate to Action Items

  1. Click View All Action Items on the Summary Tab to go to the Transcript Tab and automatically apply the Action Items filter flag.

  2. Action Items flag will be enabled (pink); gray means it's off and will show all talk turns.

Review Action Items

  1. Click Review Action Item, add comments and click Save.

  2. Clicking the Summary Tab shows the Status as Reviewed

  3. Click the reviewed item for history and details.
